What We Collect
Conversations with Raphael are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only. They are never transmitted to any server for long-term storage. They exist only on your device. You can delete them at any time using the trash icon in the settings menu. When you clear your browser data, they are gone permanently.
If you create an account, your email address is stored securely in our database via Supabase. That is all. No password is ever stored u2014 authentication uses secure tokens only.
What We Never Do
We never sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
We never show you advertising of any kind.
We never use tracking pixels or behavioral profiling.
We never share your conversations with any third party.
We never identify individual users in any report or analysis.
We never store your location beyond the country-level for anonymous traffic counts.
API Calls u2014 How Your Messages Travel
When you send a message to Raphael, your message is transmitted to two places: Anthropic's Claude AI (which generates Raphael's response) and our Supabase corpus search (which retrieves relevant passages from the 16,000+ source texts). Both transmissions are encrypted in transit. Anthropic does not train on user conversations by default. The corpus search retrieves text u2014 it stores nothing about you.
The Amari Privacy Architecture
This ministry is supported by Amari AI's patented privacy infrastructure u2014 USP 11,151,254 and USP 11,042,641 u2014 which provides Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) architecture for AI systems. The core principle: the user owns their data cryptographically. Your darkest moments belong to you alone. This is not a policy choice. It is an architectural one.
No Advertising. No Tracking. Full Stop.
In My Darkest Moment does not carry advertising of any kind. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking tool. Basic anonymous traffic counts u2014 total visits and countries reached u2014 are used only to report traction to donors and grant foundations. No individual is ever identified in these reports.
This ministry is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Its only revenue is donations. It has no financial incentive to track, profile, or monetize the people it serves.
Your Rights
You can delete your conversation at any time using the settings menu. You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing kingtorook3@gmail.com. You can request a copy of any data we hold about you. You will receive a response within 30 days.
Children
This ministry does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to use this ministry with you. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we delete it immediately.
